Subject to FreeNAS now officially takeover by IXsystem. So they continue to
development the FreeNAS core system. IXsystem was same company develop
PCBSD. About openfiler i dont know because i dont use it. So in term of
easy to use let people decide it. :)

FreeNAS = Easy to use + a lot of function to cater for the NAS market.
Windows sharing, Torrent server, media streaming etc,
Openfiler = more like to cater for raw storage needs (iSCSI SAN), NFS etc.
Not to mention FreeNAS is BSD while
