this looks like an opportunity for open source developers to get an academic
accreditation.

in phase 1 of the mampu oscc benefit realisation report, i had already
pointed out that they need to move out from classroom training into
experiential learning.

there are a lot of opportunity for open source as the preferred software
when it comes to experiential learning because of the freedom offered.
