Hi Curtis,
I have gone through the DDS plugin checking the mipmap_offsets vector
that gets passed to the osg::Image to set where the mipmap levels are
and it all looks correct. I've put debugging into the Texture.cpp
where the data gets download to the GPU and again all the values are
as they sho
Hi Curtis,
The model (both .flt and .osgb) works fine for me here - Linux, NVidia
drivers + Geforce GTX 760
Do you get any OpenGL errors reported to the console?
Robert.

Hi Curtis,
Thanks for posting the model. I'm downloading it now.
However it's pretty late here in Scotland, and I have a lot of other
work to prep for the OSG-3.4 release and presentation work to do for
the OSG BOF at Siggraph tomorrow so really don't have time to look
into this evening. Might
Hi Robert,
The files ended up being a bit to big to upload I guess as it kept failing.
Here is a a link to my dropbox...
It contains a zip of the flt file, all the dds textures and a .osgb
file converted on the mac.

All,
I'm using the osgSim::LineOfSight class to perform visibility tests
(intersections) on an osgTerrain database built with VPB. I'm setting the
intersectionLimit to be LIMIT_ONE or LIMIT_NEAREST to help with performance.
However, for each LOS test I'm doing, I'm still seeing the number of

Hi Curtis,
Assigning a mipmap levels to an osg::Image won't affect loading of
that imagery. So when you say it doesn't load, could it be that it's
loading fine but a rendering bug of some sort is preventing the
texture it's assigned to from working.
Could you try converting the the model to an .
Hi,
I have looked a bit and did not find this specific issue listed, I think it
might have been reported already so please accept my apologies
if this is already in the pipeline to get taken care of

Hi,
In on vacation right now, and I cannot check properly why the 3rd party
libs don't link..
My guess for your last log is that zlib is missing. I'm not following the
thread so apologise if I'm asking something already solved but did you try
to link the 3rd party libraries setting the full path
Today, I changed the strategy a bit: because the linker fails to reference the
functions, the NDK says there is the option to include the whole static
library, which I did by now (see Android.mk.txt file).
The new error does not find the base functions of the pre-compiled 3rd party
libraries:

Hi Robert,
One of the earlier version 3.4.0 has been built but I'm not sure which one as
osgversion only gives me a version of 3.4.0 and an OpenThreads version of 3.3.0.
Removing the FIND_PACKAGE allowed me to configure and build the system.
Cheers,
Tony

Hi Tony,
It looks like a CMake installation issue to be, specially relating to
Boost. To get the OSG building one thing you could do is comment out
the FIND_PACKAGE(Boost) in CMakeLists.txt.
Do other versions of the OSG work fine for you?
Robert.

On my search I came across suggestion of lack of support on OSX and
GLES. I don't know how correct/up to date this is.
Could you try repl
Hi Robert,
I found opengl api https://www.opengl.org/sdk/docs/man/. I think most of
systems should support it.

Hi Robert
I would guess it is a bad config on my machine. I am running Centos 6.7 x64. I
have also added the CMakeError and CMakeOutput files.
Cheers,
Tony
