I've been confused about this same issue myself in the past. The conclusion we came to (IIRC) is that OSG should be built with DOM version 1.3, which is available on the DOM downloads page: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=157838 . I think the Windows build may have been in
