Thanks Fabio, I'll look at this when I get back to my machine. I
haven't installed the directx stereo stuff, so I think this probably
isn't the problem. Also the fact that non osg opengl apps are working
properly in stereo suggests that this probably isn't the problem.

Try to disable the stereo configuration for games (DirectX) and
only leave enabled stereo configurantion in OpenGL.

QUAD_BUFFER visual correctly. I'll have a browse through the source.
