Deputy Justice Minister Uutoni Nujoma was replying to a question by Congress of Democrats Vice President Nora-Schimming-Chase in the National Assembly on Thursday. Schimming-Chase asked Nujoma how many times since the passing of the NCIS Act of 1997 the High Court had issued warrants to allow the secret service to wiretap certain telephones. "The Justice Ministry is not aware of any interceptions or wiretappings," Nujoma told the House. Schimming-Chase did not appear to be convinced. "Time will tell," she responded. +++ ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> Something is new at Yahoo! Groups.
