Dear Friends
A great thank you to all the people who have particpated in words and in
observance on the dialogue around my recent experience of leadership
challenging open space. It has made an enormous difference to me to have
such a community with which to share, learn and contribute. Thank you.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that Birgitt Williams will be in
Ohio, (yea) in April to do a 4 day training program. More specifically,
April 17-20 in Oberlin, which is southwest of Cleveland. I have taken
her training program and it is wonderful, high learning, high play. This
