About the comment that it was "light", it is my experience that when a
facilitator sits for the opening, no matter how small the group thereby the
discomfort of the facilitator, participants don't go as deeply

Our invitations are no more than 3/4s of one page. It starts with
the theme as a heading followed by the following short paragraphs:
1. Background to the gathering, e.g. why we need to have an event
(problem, trend, etc).
2. Who is being invited to work on the theme and the theme stated
I have all of the messages that have ever happened on this list. I would
love a volunteer to put them in a form that could go on to the World-wide OS
web site. Any takers?

activities and insights and how rich I find each of your postings. Please
continue to share. Speaking as someone who only rarely finds the
opportunity to do Open Space, I love to "sit in on" other people's stories.
