I am passing through New York Oct 12-16 on my way to Open Space on Opens Space
in Berlin. I would be very interested in talking to any open space practioners
working with open space in organisations. As Australia is a few years behind on
the take up of OS I am keen to hear stories

My experience is that people put their time and energy into their priorities.
These change over time and it is often hard to acknowledge that what was once
important, isn't as important now. For example, if I am struggling
financially, I probably don't have a lot of free time and energy to dev

Your situation sounds painfully familiar. I'm co-chair of the Chicago OD
Network and work with other regionals at our national conference. We've
heard or experienced similar problems all across the nation.

One of the simplest and most effective we've used is to have a Community or
Talking Wall where people/groups can poster really colourful and effective
posters with messages - if theyr'e good, people read them!
