Very nice to be able to get the slides, Laurel, but very painful to wait almost
a half-hour for your message to download -- and I have a 56 KB modem and a
clean line. I cringe to think what receiving this message was like for people
with slower communications capabilities.

Hi Leslie,
Thanks for your kind comments. Harrison's posting that I mentioned was sent
on Sept. 3/00. It's really well worth reading - it was in response to the
discussion on the listserve about the dilemma of certification of OST

Hallo Esther:
Are the "senior" folks attending the first two days? It sounds like they
are not, but I think the answer to your question needs clarity on this

This is a great storythanks for sharing it. You have captured the
learning that I alwasy feel in doing OST. It's new everytime and the
privilage of watching people go through it is a gift. The story about
the turn around on the ritual aspect is especially illuminating and in

Maybe I'm missing something, but why isn't everyone working together here? If
you give the work to the senior managers on the third day you lose all the
passion of the middle managers. It sounds like the senior managers think that
they are the only ones who can improve the company. It won't work
