defineable feeling, which is not fear, but near to it, so that we
intuitively tend to interprete it as such.

And I appreciate your insight that because the bodily feeling is similar, we
interpret this as fear. Shows me how valuable it is to mention these
feelings out loud once in a while!

paragraphs. The rest are some stories and observations about my experience

Elwin-- That's how I feed my butterflies as well. And last time, the reading/feeding
connected me to the medicine wheel which I used for the first time (successfully)
as part of the closing - and thanked the butterflies profusely for their
gift!
