I usually have the client make up the signs in the form they want. I just tell them the content. The same is true for the grid or matrix. I have list of signs that I pass on. Some clients want them all to be professional and color coordinated. Some are fine with the hand done. Larry Larry Pe

I like to make my own charts - bumble bees and butterflies included. I usually do this the evening before or right before the event when I'm setting up the room. I like the way this activity grounds me . It's like a meditation or pregame warm-up - as I write the words and remember what they mean.

Interesting question SoCal Ed!! I find making simple signs on site meditative, grounding me in following what has heart and meaning, and being present in the moment. Occasionally a client will be close by and will assist with drawing or coloring in -- a truly fun time, as we transcend boundaries
