I agree it is diagnosis then action and beyond. What I'm looking for is a
good outcome story where Open Space was used to address an issue related to
training.

Though I have not posted here before, I know some of you from other contexts. I
feel a sense of calling to come into this space. And I am glad that it is here.
I have experience and learning with Open Space. I feel many desires to deepen
my practice, in relation
I am a little curious, Susan, what you mean by "diagnostic tool." In my
experience, every Open Space is a Diagnostic Tool - in the sense that what
shows up is what's there. I have often thought of OS as a collective
Rorschach test. Since there is no pre-determined content, everybody makes
their own
The photos indeed are wonderful. Most curious, however, is the fact that as
near as I can tell Peggy shows up in only a few shots, and then only on the
periphery. Talk about being totally present and absolutely invisible!
