I agree with the fragmentation of past, present and future - i think
it is particularly evident in the US. I just pulled out my
Trompenaars - "Riding the Waves of Culture" and looked up the chapter
on Time. In it he has some interesting Venn diagrams of individual
cultural interpretation

Following up on this very interesting conference of trainers and
consultants in Moscow, I wanted to share what I learned at a
mini-workshop held there.
A corporate trainer from a Russian company that I know of did a
workshop on what was essentially personal and professional trainer
competencies.
This weekend I was at a Moscow conference of trainers and consultants.
There was a "demonstration" OST in the middle of it, to show how OST
works. And curiously it worked pretty ok despite some of my concern that by
announcing the topic only at the opening of the event it might flop...
