We've done two different modifications/additions to Open Space to
provide opportunities to those who wish to present information
(primarily one-way communication) at an Open Space meeting or conference
(which thrives in two-way or multiple person communication).
One is invite one-way
Rather than working so hard, you might suggest people bringing photos to
the event and creating a display right there.

two days ago multinational sales company let us know, that they are planning
to conduct an OpenSpace-Online planning conference about "personal, family
and organisational pandemic prevention". They want to invite the leadership
and interested employees across distances to share thoughts
