Hi Beverley,
Thanks for such great photos - you can almost touch the spirit of the
event.
It really inspires me to create a similar record of the next OS I lead,
on the 9th of May (which is to help some trainee nurses evaluate their
learning).

Corinne,
Starting to design an organisation in the way Michael suggests would be
a brilliant way of engendering the right spirit within the very
foundations of your business(es), & alongside this demonstrate in a very
direct way that the passion of people is fundamental to the success of
your share
Yes, & yet it seems very wordy - aren't some things better 'explained'
by action, eg walking to the different spaces for groups. More words
sometimes equal less engagement, don't they?
I've left the show at 4 minutes 49 secs, as I really want the group to
start!
I'm a bit of a purist on the "eleme
hese conversations really help.
All I can say about this list & all the contributors is that it sustains
my faith in OS, keeping my sprits up, helping me to 'hold the
intention'(thanks to you, Christine Whitney Sanchez for that durable
phrase!)& to continue to develop my practice.

I work in OD on a large local authority undergoing profound structural &
cultural change, & I'm looking for someone who can inspire / open up
some conversations here about the role of spirit & deep values in
managing change.
Any recommendations?
Martin

Hi Phelim,
So glad to hear this, as someone standing on the edge of leading an OS
here in Bradford, in one of our communities which seems to be losing
hope, & as someone who has great hope for his own future OS work!
Regards,
Martin
