I opened space yesterday. I thought it went badly, I felt off center,
distracted, stumbling, out of sync.
This morning at the debrief - the group raved about all they had gotten
done, the creativity, the energy, the freedom to do what mattered to them.
So it is pretty hard to mess OS up.

I am going to open a space with a group of 25 people who are tax
administrators. They have been exposed to OS once before. I am curious as
to how I may need to want to change my opening and they way I prepare to
open the space.
I am new to OS and so all of the groups have been first timers.
