Hi Jo, I'm shure there are more in the Baltic States. I my self have done one for the Estonian Business School in Tallinn (Estonia) earlier this year (65 people) and smaller ones in client settings in Jurmala (outside Riga) and Palanga (Lithuania). I know several Estonians who participated in Open Space trainings (as far as I recall one was even done by Harrisson, but I know this only as a story my friends here inTallinn tell me.).
My general observation is that people are curious and open regarding large scale group interventions (I've also done quite a bit of FSC in the past 3 years in this region). best regards Uwe Weissflog -----Original Message----- Date: Mon, 13 Dec 2004 10:36:40 +0100 Subject: Latvia From: Jo Toepfer <jotoep...@boscop.de> To: osl...@listserv.boisestate.edu Dear colleagues, I have just finished an open space meeting in Riga / Latvia. The context was urban planning for one district of the city of Riga. Where a lot of architectural heritage (old wooden houses) is located. It worked very well. The sponsor claims that this was the first open space ever in Latvia. Is that true? Does nobody of you ever facilitated an open space meeting in Latvia before? greetings Jo Jo Toepfer, boscop eG i.G.
