I do not call it Open Space Technology in 2 hours. I have found that 3.5-4
hours is a minimum for some synergy to develop. I have led many of those
with real success. (See Tales from Open Space). "Small Spaces" are part of
the training sessions most people do.

I think I'm stating the obvious, but it seems important to me to state!
To me, the main question on whether a given amount of time is sufficient,
whether 2 hours or 2 days, relates directly to the purpose of the gathering.

Yes, sounds like mission impossible but I'd say definitely think about it.
A couple of weeks ago I was involved in three discrete Open Spaces at a
big health service conference, each lasting 60 minutes. All three of
them went just fine.

5 mins: Co
Maybe someone in our cool little list community here can help me feel better
about accepting an invitation to open space for two hours. At this point, on
the morning after, I remind myself of that old saying "ready, fire, aim."
Anyway, this will be a Spanish/English group of about 25-30 parents
