Yesterday morning I had a telephonecall as I was on my way to the site of an
OST-meeting. The night before I had spent a few hours setting everything up.
I had a good night sleep feeling confident since everything was prepared.

My most memorable surprise was arriving at a half day session that was part
of a regular conference. A group asked a colleague and myself to facilitate
a 3 hour open space session that would give participants a different
experience for about 70 participants.

The site was wonderful--the primary-grades part of the building had a small,
