there in malta with some interest in open space. i met them
in brazil a couple of years ago and we talked a bit about
doing a training and practice workshop there. let me know if
you want to talk with them about ost. they've not done any

Maybe it should be Bernd to present this request, but if you are going to
change the map, maybe you should also include Mozambique (Moçambique,
really) as an OST country...
