I am wondering how many fellow OS listers are familiar with the Spiral
Dynamics model? And how you find it complements OS? The more I learn about
it (which is so far very basic), the more intrigued I become. In fact, I
have invited two of the leading experts on Spiral Dynamics and the theory of
Susan,
Don Beck and Christopher Cowan's book, Spiral Dynamics: Mastering Values,
Leadership, and Change is a superb read. Was introduced to Spiral Dynamics
by one of my Masters profs. He was (consulting) doing an inquiry on Spiral
Dynamics for Disney (the mouse) as a precursor to understanding w
I have been exploring Spiral Dynamics for about a week now that I'm reading
"A Theory of Everything". Ken Wilbur is moving his ideas toward more
specific application and he thinks "Spiral Dynamics" is right on to his
image of nested holons. I'm going to explore it more and thanks for the web

I also think Open Space enables an organization that functions at a blue
