agencies
to exchange and coordinate their projects. You can ask "a programme
management team"
as they suggest you , the MIS team would set up such a programme and a
system on the computer.

Ah, the rigours of bureaucracy!
How about establishing a virtual network for all the projects to report
progress to one another and to the agencies? In this way, you can
demonstrate that the projects are doing well on their own and there is
no need to put them under an administrative
fessional society. But you got to keep moving, open space, and get out of
the way.
