No, it's not you. While the "new" search feature has some benefits, there
are also several weaknesses, one of which you found. Unfortunately, the
devs standard response is "download the latest map files," which doesn't
actually fix the problem.

desired in both cases, it means that "depends" value is irrelevant here and
it could be anything. :)

I did step 1 to make sure, that OsmAnd is using its default rendering file
and not the one, that I edited. Edit
It is not only you, the search does it often, mixing every possible
combination of search.
Change the way you are searching, do not type it in, use:
Search > Categories > Custom search (at the bottom) > Tourism
Do not switch it all on, use the "..." button. Again, do not use the
switch, selec
Currently cycling across Europe and I cannot seem to make the POI's work for me
when I want find say campgrounds or bike shops. I will enter campground in the
search but it will show campgrounds miles/kilometeres away when I am right next
to one!
