Thanks, that makes sense. It shows that the "designation" tag is not
included but the "designated" value is included, but only for
"bicycle" (see below). This explains the behaviour I see with OSMAnd's
formatting. It seems inconsistent that the "designated" value is included
for "bicycle" but
