Osmand 1.9.5 is dated about jan 2015. If you find maps for this version, do NOT
expect reliable map data. The changes in 5 years are huge !!!
May be these maps will be worthless.

Thanks Majka. The menu was slightly different on my version but I turned
on trip recording and restarted. It didn't make any difference I'm afraid.
I've reported it to ulefone support as well in case it's an issue with the
phone itself.

I never used OsmandLive, but still have that problem - but probably

I *think *I know the solution for you.

should register the gpx file type for the OsmAnd app. Close OsmAnd (swipe

In looking OSM, this road is type: unknown. From the wiki, is this about

Hi,
I am a happy user and noticed an error for a specific point in Sweden.
At the standard map the road is there
At the "Bike map" (translated to English) the road is *not* there
At the "transport map" the road is *not* there
At the "ÖPNV Karte" map the road is *not *there
For the public
Can I download old-style maps compatible with OsmAnd 1.9.5 from a web page?
Current maps can be downloaded from https://download.osmand.net/list.php,
but they don't work with my ancient software.
My tiny phone has not enough memory to upgrade to a newer version.
