I found that repeatedly swiping to the right in the history mode is the fastest
way to clear the old markers.
Hopefully the devellopers will add a clear all option someday.

If I recall, there was once a way to clear the entire history en masse.
But the UI has changed since I made the video, and I no longer see it.
Only, as you note, one marker at a time

The only function I can find is erasing them one by one.
