Navigation > settings > display warnings > lanes. You have to look for the
correct settings, I don't have the app in English.

It is a lane indicator. In your example it's not very informative. When driving
in a motor vehicle on bigger roads with more lanes it's quite helpful. Just
test it in such situations before removing.
