I'm been getting this message every time I try to use the routing feature.
I've tried everything from rebooting my Nexus 5x to forcing the app to
stop, rebooting the phone, uninstalling/re-installing the app,
This has been happening for just a few days.

The normal way to "clear" an on-screen Osmand-generated route is to press
the blue navigation icon in the lower left (which is not present in your
screenshot), then press the "X" to stop navigation.

I removed osmand+ and downloaded osmand 2.4.7; I'll use it without any
plug-ins until I regain confidence in the app. Maybe it was the + version
with the paid subscription that was causing the problems. I liked the idea
of frequently updated data and being able to add data to OSM. Guess I'll
