I also use OsmAnd 3.13 on an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.5.
My iPhone 6 already has a gyroscope. In fact, the rotation of the map works

It works just fine on my Android phone.
One of my devices has a compass.
On my device without compass I have two choices
North upand
direction up
On the device with a compass there is a third possibility where the map is
rotated such that its north is directed to true North.

the top of the screen and map changes in direction of travel, e.g. Garmin:
"in direction of travel" .

follow routes that I worked out on the PC.
What is a bit of a pain is that the arrow that marks my position does not
always point to the top of my screen but instead to t
