You have to put the routing.xml to ... /files/routing .
The activation is done in the profile setting of you car. You have to
choose e.g. car (routing.xml) as navigation type. See screenshot.

You can download routing xml from here:
https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-resources/blob/r3.4/routing/routing.xml
Edit it as you need and put into your osmand data folder (something like
/storage/Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files) .

Please can you change settings to normal values?
Why height goes by 0,5m? and maximum is 7m? Never see 7m height truck

Or how to use routing.xml? I try find some help on forums or here but
