implement everything up to Iub, and Osmocom only implements down to
IuCS/IuPS/Iuh. So The RNC (which is much more complex than a BSC) is
missing, and unless you find one, it will be hard to use any
non-femtocell 3G devices :/

I managed to get confirmation that the contract manufacturer
yet, but it looks good.
It appears there will be 3 ARFCN in the 1800 MHz band we can use. But
only those three, not more. The license still has to be issued, but the
primary licensee (operator) has apparently confirmed we can use those
three.
