I increased the values to
max_execution_time = 600
max_input_time = 600
memory_limit = 384M
Still no luck. Any other advice.

Last night i added high volume two domain controllers and two high
volume web servers for ossec monitoring
After that when i checked today to use the search feature to search
the logs using ossec wui it is taking a long time to load and evey
after 30 minutes the IE browesr is still trying to load
Found out the problem. On fedore 6 ,by default SE-Linux policy is
turned on.Once i turned off the SE_linux policy ,i was able to see the
web page content and logs.
