I am having the problem that within the installation of the OSSEC client the corresponding user/groups (that OSSEC use within its executable files and directories) are not created. I am running the software over a Debian machine with all the privileges.
I realized it because, for example, whenever I want to run the agent or the manage_agents executable file, I get as an output the following error message ossec-dbd(1203): ERROR: Invalid user 'ossecm' or group 'ossec' given. What should I do in this case in order to configure properly with the corresponding user/groups.
