I'm currently in a position where I have to work with someone else's
OSSEC/Web UI install. When I came in it was
fully functional however it was outdated (OSSEC 2.6) and only had 1 agent
installed on a local host, and the manager

Is there any way to update the web-ui with the agents that were newly
added? I did not add the agents through manage_agents, but by adding it
directly into the client.keys because it was over 1000 machines. Is there
a way to pull the agents info list and import/export it to the agent-i

It seems that there is an error in the ossec web ui. More exacly the
databese dump for an agent will be empty, if the agent name is
something like hostname.domain.tld (it works ok if the agent name does
not contains dots).

That is what I did and now I'm getting the Inactive in the web ui. They

Finally got ossec installed on our windows servers and everything looks
good. I have 1 question however. I had test servers that I've deleted the
agent from the ossec server but I still see them in the ossec web ui. An
example is below. How can I delete these?

The second beta version of oswui (ossec web ui) is available.
It has numerous bug fixes (for all issues reported so far) and new
features, including support for php5 and major design improvements
made by Rafael Capovilla (Thanks Rafael for the help).
