The ultimate goal is to have single lzloader.elf compatible with both
multiboot and non-multiboot loader. But for starters let us have separate
loader.bin that exclusively targets multiboot mode. Please not that
loader.bin contains same 64-bit loader-stripped.elf as lzloader.elf does.
This patch revives old boot32/loader.bin mode which
apparently was used to boot OSv in multiboot mode
(aka -kernel with qemu).
Please note that there are some gaps in this multiboot
implementation. For example cmdline does not get
properly passed and it only work multiboot loaders
