Only today we have realized that ALL the attachments we send with OTRS are a
"little bit" wrong.
Example:
An agent attach the file "c:\test\myfile.txt" from a win2k machine with
explorer 6..the attach come to the destination as "c_test_myfile.txt"
!! This not a good thing.we h
