How this can happen? Ticket was unlocked even i have dontcounthours in
my Config.pm
FollowUp 2003-05-27 18:07:06
LockTicket 2003-05-27 18:07:06
Unlock 2003-05-28 04:35:02

Fri => [ 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,17,18,19,20,21,22,23 ],
Can you use LDAP backend to authenticate customer(not user)? If yes, which
modules need to be changes besides Config.pm?

This is a single need, but we're thinking on two (or three) possible
solutions for it. Here are the details:

tickets to, when he/she uses the Customer Interface.
