How come there is no option to search tickets/articles by date of
creation? I think that would be handy.

Hey folks
I'm having a little problem when creating tickets
in the customer FrontEnd.
Every new submitted ticket ( customer FE )
generates 2 tickets ( agent FE ) in the queue. 1 with the
original ticket body and 1 with the message "no
body found!" as body.
Any hint?
