[otrs] Connecting CustomerUsers with Active Directory or Lotus Domino via LDAP

Does anyone has any experience with these configurations? I tried with both, with AD I got some results back, but only out of one of the OU's it doesn't show users out of other OU's (sscope = sub). I can not filter only for users. With Domino I had no success at all. Regards Sven
