Good afternoon.
does somebody has problems when html e-mail's come in with attachments? Some
attachements get the wrong name and mixed up with the files used in the html
text.
is this a known problem?

Is it possible to configure that reminder-mails aren´t sent on a weekend?
Opening my mailbox this morning I found 70 new mails (for only two tickets) =)

Ok, I found this in "CustomerStatusViewTable.dtl"
$Data{"Owner"}
Changed it to:
$Data{"UserFirstname"} $Data{"UserLastname"}
(also tried "OwnerFirstname" and "AgentFirstname")
In CustomerView the name is not displayed. Obviously, the data isn´t fetched or I
mispelled something.
