Hello guys,   Is it in some way possible to generate HTML mail? When I use HTML tags, the customer receives the e-mail as plain text, So the tags are visable, without the desired format.   Any ideas? Or is this not yet implemented?   Kind regards,   Chris Reurings

Personally I haven't seen anything about HTML email in OTRS, and to behonest with you most people would argue it doesn't have a place in somethinglike trouble ticketing anyway...(or discussion lists! :)I'm sure if you really had to use it for some arbitrary formatting reason(still not a good

Have you searched through the mailing list? Most of the questions your asking have been addressed already. Just go to the mailing list archives and do a search for LDAP. Also you will want to make sure that you have all the necessary applications (ie.. Net::LDAP... etc) installed. Later..
