Hi!
I've followed the installation
instructions of OTRS 1.2.2 in a Apache2 RH9 system, and get the following error
in the Apache error_log when I try to access http://localhost/otrs/install.pl:
[Tue Apr 6 19:11:15 2004] -e: Apache::Reload: Can't locate
/opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules
I am an admin on my system. When I log in and work on tickets, the user
history shows the owner as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" instead of my own email address.
Any ideas why?
Thanks,
Tyler Hepworth

Let's say a customer has been emailing for support and then decides to use
the Web Interface to look at his/her tickets. Will the system know to
associate the email tickets that were previously created with the new user
account that is created when the customer logs in for the first time?
Thanks,

When polling from an untrusted account, the X-OTRS-headers are not
scanned and used. You may f.e. specify a certain qu

I added following setting in Config.pm (as you said):
$Self->{SessionModule} = 'Kernel::System::AuthSession::FS';

I was getting this same error yesterday, and it turned out that syslogd
wasn't running and OTRS wasn't happy because it couldn't talk to

your specific problem, but it's easy to check and could be worth looking
into. If "/" wer

Unfortunately, your advice didn't help. I'm still getting that error.

Just kidding,
Hello
I have a short question to all of you:
Someone plan the integrate of (open)ldap for
user-management in otrs?

Hi,
it's possible to assign messages to queues using a content filetring system?
For example, if the subject contains the word "fly" assign to queue "plane
problems".
Otherwise, where and how can I modify the scripts to do that?
Thank's a lot

Hi all,
I would like to produce statistics about the ticket flow.
I.e. I would like to know how many tickets move from Queue1 to Queue2,
things like that.
Looking around in the OTRS database I find information in table
"ticket_history" under the "ticket_history_id " "18" (Ticket moved to Queue
