It works !! I was not able to execute the code as you had supplied and had to change a few things. Below is the modified piece of code that I used to check the server. When creating a new LDAP object if I would not provide the port number, the code gave me an error: Can't call method on an undefin

I have an open ticket with the customer. The customer replied to an email they had received from the system (the ticket number was included in the subject line), but the email was not appended to the existing ticket. Rather it created a brand new ticket. Any idea why this is occurring? Is there

We often have problems with too large attachments and i know that i could increase the max_packet_size of mysql, but i dont want to :) It would be really nice if the attachment-size gets checked when an agent selects a file to attach ( that does not solve the problem with incoming mails/attachment
