[otrs] Locked tickets issue

Hi guys, I have an issue regarding the locked tickets button. I am using 1.2.2 and starting from yesterday when I click on "Locket tickets" (up-right corner) button the browser doesn't respond anymore. I tried several browsers (IE and Mozilla) but the result is
