[otrs] problem with OTRS sending mail!!

Hello,   In the Admin area Customer User Management page, does anyone know how to change the sorting for the list of customers.  It seems to be sorting on login and we would like to sort on customer id instead.   Thanks, Sandy ___ OTRS

I have recently upgraded OTRS. Since the upgrade, I am facing a problem. When I try to change/update a Pop3 account, it seems it uses the user name of the logged user no matter which pop3 account I select. Is this as designed or a bug? Can any one comment on it? Thanks in advance. Arun
