I would like to use the self-creation of customer accounts feature, however,
I'd like to also require Administrator approval before the account is
created. In addition, I want to set the customer number and perhaps even
the username myself before the system sends out the password.

If I want to check the status of a ticket in a queue and its subqueus, such
as:
Active
Active:Senior Technicians
Active:Junior Technicians
Active:Supervisor
Can I merely specify the queue as "Active"? That is to ask: when specifying
a queue, are all subqueues included in a search?
I want to reset the escalation time on tickets after they are answered, such
that, when a ticket is answered, the escalation timer will restart based on
the escalation time for whatever queue has the ticket.
Once the ticket escalates, I already move the ticket to a new queue. I also
want to reset
Maybe this will do:

I would write a separate simple POP3 program, which POPs the e-mails first,
check the e-mail adress on your specific customer database, looks up the
priority indication in the database and send/forward the e-mail according to
this priority to a specific (OTRS) e-mail address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]/[

Yes, one can, but it's not that easy :-). You can try and query the
SQL database with the proper commands. I'm actually working on a
(small) perl script myself, doing just that. It's not quite finished

I use ColdFusion to tap into OTRS and built charts/graphs, etc. and have
learned the secret to reporting on tickets lies in understanding the

Is there a way to get from OTRS the average time it takes for an Agent to

Simply add the following lines to your Config.pm

Name => 'Test Stats Module',
How else would you do it then? What kind of way are you thinking about?

The stats modules are in the Kernel/System/Stats/*.pm location, if not

No, I need to change it in Linux. I work under Debian and the

Hello Alvaro,
I can write a stats module for you, but depends on what type of stats you
