standard SuSE 9.2.

PostMasterPOP3.pl line was commented out by default
(post-install) in the crontab file. It works

at the same time, for load balancing / redundancy? Or is there some
local state or another assumption that will break this. I noticed
the 'sessions' directory in OTRS..

I have just
installed OTRS on a WinXP machine and for some reason it is not executing
PostMasterPOP3.pl in order to POP email from my email server (at least that is
what I am able to understand via the cron log file). As is common in
WinXP, I have not even gotte

has someone configured otrs to use an external mysql server? I can only
make it working with a local mysql server.
I tried to play a little bit with the file Config.pm to add a port
number but I didn't success. Is this possible?
