That looks quite okay. Maybe your apache does not follow symlinks?
Maybe (how to find out?). In any case it's not a big problem, but enough
to buggle me. So maybe others will encounter the same problem...

come in as an IPM.Microsoft Mail.Note
Any ideas why.
I'm sure this wasn't the case when we were testing.
We are using OTRS 1.2.3 and Outlook 2002
and POP3 and SMTP on Exchange 5.5.
