I'm running a CVS installation from July 15th. I think it's around the time of 2.0.0 beta5. I'd like to upgrade to the current release (2.0.2 source) but I'm not sure what the best practice is for doing so. I tried by copying the changed files from my 2.0.0 beta5 install overtop of a clea

Hi, Is it planned to support LDAP fully ? I mean to be able to add/search/modify customer as well as agents ? It will be really really useful for users (like me) using otrs to manage customers and tickets, and then using another software for generating bills (for example)... if there were full LDA

Hello EveryBody,   I have got a otrs setup running. I want to know if we can configure otrs in this way: "while creating a phone ticket, the agent who is creating the ticket should become the owner by default, eventhough he is not selecting himself as the owner while creating the ticket." Any input
